ISO 9000
Proud of your organization achieving ISO 9001:2000
or ISO 14001:2004 certification, you now want to communicate
this success to the market place.
Having
a decal on your vehicle to advertise the fact that you
are ISO9000 registered gives your company additional
exposure. The entire time your vehicles are on the road,
you should be advertising your business and registration
to the Purchasing Agent who is behind you in traffic
on the freeway, and the CEO that sees your vehicle pass
while waiting at a red light. Everyday, it is the first
thing your customer sees when you back up to the Shipping
Dock, and the last thing they see as you drive away. With
this type of repetitive advertising, people will notice
your achievement!
The time and associated costs spent in achieving registration
can be quite expensive. Like many other investments
your business makes, you should expect to receive some
return benefit- such as the opportunity to quote new
business, or gain additional customers. Registration
to ISO9000 is not the end of your achievement- it is
the beginning if you market it correctly.
In many cases, your registration company has authorized
the use of their name and logo as well for your use.
Is your company registered to IS9000? If you are not
proudly displaying it, you are missing out on a great
opportunity to show other potential customers that you
care about your products and what your company represents.
