We Use Only The Best—Cast Vinyl
In all our outdoor projects, we use premium cast
vinyl as opposed to calendered vinyl. Why? Cast
vinyl is the right choice for automobile and other
business signs because of its dependable lasting power
and conformability to contoured surfaces. See a comparison
below:
Cast Vinyl
Calendered Vinyl
Long life span—Lasts up to 5 to 7 years
No shrinkage
Vibrant colors to maintain brilliance
UV impervious
Thickness only 2mm (more like a painted surface)
Contour-surface friendly
Choice of more professionals
Short life span—usually only 1–3 years
Shrinkage, exposing adhesives around graphics
UV vulnerable—colors fade
Thickness 4mm—less pliable
Contour-surface inappropriate
Use for temporary indoor signs
Our Equipment
We also use the best equipment. Whether you desire thermal
transfer, Eco-SOL Inkjet digital printing, or our
Precision-Cut Vinyl technology, we can meet and exceed
your needs. Expect the best by knowing that we use
3M Imaging film for projects that require vinyl
applications.

Precision-Cut Vinyl
Graphic Communications offers you the latest high-technology
thermal transfer process that permanently bonds your
graphic design into high-performance imaging film.
The luster and durability of thermal transfer printing
means your images are brighter and crisper and keep their
good looks for up to 5 years with no lamination.
We use the latest Eco-SOL digital inkjet large-format
printing process that can print on a multitude of different
substrates (banners, vinyl, and more). Enjoy seeing
your photographic images and graphics up to 54" wide
in vibrant colors and high resolution.
The advantage with Eco-SOL is the ability to reproduce
anything on many surfaces. It's faster, cheaper, and
more versatile than other printing processes.
Our versatile, precision large-format cutter uses a
state-of-the-art cutting head. This allows for cutting
with amazing speed, confidence, and precision.
Cutting areas up to 54" is no problem, and you
can be sure that your job will be ready on time. We
use the world's best alignment system and optical
scanner that gets the job right the first time.
Lamination
Durability
Overlaminate films up to 54” wide can safeguard
your printed graphics and stop the ravages of the sun
and harsh weather. Durable clear vinyl will resist
the harmful effects of most chemicals and abrasions
while enhancing the appearance of your printed images.
